Just 'cause I promised Freelancer, here is another poll of busty cartoon babes. This time around, we have Disney's Jasmine, Jessica Rabbit, and Tinkerbell just for the heck of it.

Yay! I made the headlines. Hee-Hee. But seriously, throughout Disney's entire animated history Jasmine is the only real ethnic character. Wait...sorry. Technically that's not true. There is also Lilo's big sister - Nani. Oh...and there's also Milan from the 1998 animated film of the same name. I think there was a female African American mechanic of some sort in Atlantis - The Lost Empire. But to be true both those characters don't come close to Jasmine. Her huge Asian eyes, stylish black hair, and sexy costume adds her to the top of my list. But truth be told, with the way that the world in changing (i.e. China's mentality with the West) I believe that in my lifetime, there will be a Disney animated film based on an African and/or West Indie story (along with their version of a sexy character of that nature). There are so many stories that these African/Caribbean countries can teach us and at the same time open the doors to our imagination. Oh and one more thing. Aladdin has Chinese origins. Really! No joke. Check out the Source yourself.
For Part 3 of Busty Cartoon Babes you should go with Anime. Off the bat, there is Team Rocket Jessie from Pokomon. The "air-head" teen from Blech. The lead female character in Ghost in the Shell. There are others I know, Anime is vast.

"I'm not bad. I'm just drawn that way"
- Jessica Rabbit
Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
1988
Speaking of Mulan, I liked the movie a lot. Except for the part where her buddies cross-dressed. That was kinda stupid and contrived.

Will they were trying to support she and it was all in good fun.
Freelancer, I know of Tsunade from Naruto. I'll check on the others.
I found this Manga style drawing of Jasmine from DeviantART:
