Well, they should add Wonder Woman even though it's never been determined if she really has super strength, or can fly on her own, or a jet plane that's invisible. Leaving all that aside she's still an "action heroine."
There's Lara Croft who should certainly be on there somewhere.

John Denver's ex-wife, in that 1980's low-budget Aussie movie called "Fair Game." Do see it if you haven't yet, but I think you can only get it on VHS. Animal-loving vegetarian lady fights off three bloodthirsty flesh-eating men. Sets booby-traps for 'em liike the "Home Alone" kid. Great fun.
I think Bruce Willis' wife in the first two "Die Hard" movies should count. Maybe.
