Stuff to know about me if you're going to draw me

Okay, artists - here's some stuff to know about me if you're going to draw me:

1. I'm 6 foot 1, so I'm very tall.

2. I'm also very long legged.

3. My hair is also very long, reaching down to my butt.

4. My build is best described as "athletic", which basically means that my muscle tone is very firm.

5. And last, I'm very busty (but I think you probably figured that out already).

I ask that you try to keep the costume's design and color scheme pretty much to what's in the artworks below, but if you feel that something about it would look better with "this or that", let me know. I like to give the artists a little flexibility for creative tweaking so long as it isn't a radical departure from what I want the costume to have.

The bottom is a skirt that hangs loose. It's so loose that if I twirl, it will flare out. I'm letting you know that in case you have a pose in which it's supposed to be windy. Underneath the skirt, I wear white "hotpants" - something that covers most of my butt instead of the "wedgie-wear" that a lot of female superheroes have nowadays. The hotpants are like what cheerleaders wear, just so that you have an idea.

And just so you know, my eyes are blue, my hair is a "caramel candy" brown (but if you make it a darker brown, that's fine), and I have a cleft in my chin.

Here's a link to my blog entry in which I bring up a little about myself and what powers I have. That's in case you want to do art in which I am actually doing something other than just standing there looking awesome. ;-)

I have two artworks below that were done by others - one detailed, in case you like to draw art with detail, and one more stylish like a Disney cartoon. If you draw in Manga style, that's cool, too. In fact, I'm curious on how I'd look Manga style.

And last, my e-mail is in my profile so that you can send your art there.

If you have any questions, let me know. I'm so excited!

OK. So now I have an idea of how to design. From what you said Andromeda, my previous can still be used. But I'm willing to do other illustrations. Mind you I have other career related stuff at home to do. Based on that photo realistic design, you kinda look like Xena - Warrior Princess. Also I seriously doubt that you can regenerate a lost limb (even if you do have super healing powers). You are not Wolverine nor are you Piccolo The Namek from Dragon Ball Z. Even he didn't have that ability. The plus side of the matter is that you will live for a long time. From your description, you are a goddess. But even heros have weaknesses. Nothing in the Universe is perfect. With time and research (and friends, family, and bloggers like myself), I know you'll come up with something. It would be funny if the farts were your weakness. I can see it now.

* You'd come land near a bus station after your nightly patrols, and decide to take a walk. Why worry? Nobody can touch you. You gaze at the beautiful stars, as you come across an overweight man. The man nods at you, at a sign of respect. Then suddenly - TARRRRRR....

The gas vents away from the man, and surrounds you. You start to get dizzy. You try to fly away, but only manage to hover a foot and fall to the ground. The man not knowing the danger he has cause you rushes to your aid.

"Andromeda!! I'm so sorry."

"Oooooooooh...f...farting...my...only...weakness....oooo"

Yes, I know its stupid, but just to give you an idea.

I can't wait to see the first issue.

I don't think I could regenerate anything other than perhaps a finger or fingertip. AND, I am in no hurry to find out! ;-)

Farts for a weakness, eh? Hm. With a super nose, odors do bother me quite a bit. It's mainly a matter of tuning them out like someone else would tune out loud noises. Still, with farts, at least I have some warning with the sound, right?

In a future story, my origin will be discussed, but one thing I can say now is that I'm not a goddess. Yes, I have goddess-like powers, but then so do most super women. I do have weaknesses, but to reveal that now would be to reveal too much of what is planned for my stories - and we wouldn't want to do that, would we? ;-)

And send that art, if you wish. Or, if you want to redesign, feel free. I hope to see it soon. Thanks for a wonderful response!

Oh, BSC you should learn how to animate in Adobe Flash. That would add some flare to your adventures.

I would LOVE being animated in Adobe Flash! Can you suggest a book that shows how to do that?

Sure. You should pick up "Flash Animation for Teens (For Teens)". The book is by Eric D. Grebler. 208 pages paperback. Mind you this book uses Flash version 8. The current version is CS3. You can still use the book. When it comes to software upgrades, menu locations change. But this is only minor.

You won't be disappointed Andromeda. I can assure you.

Andromeda, I know this is off topic, but I wanted to pass this info to you. I just finished reading "WICKEDPOWERED". Its a web comic about three female time traveling cops, who have gone back to our present to help geeky Wiley Schlub to become the greatest hero in the universe.

Funny thing is that the creators have lost funding and want to promote the web comic series on WOWIO.

Just so you know, the creators are the same guys that worked on "Sore Thumbs" (as seen in the cameo in Comic Strip Club).

Take a look at the series from the beginning.

Hi. It's been awhile. I just got myself caught up on the posts I've missed and something stood out.

What I'm referring to is you stating that you love if someone could draw you in Hooters attire.

I would be honored if I could create the artwork for you.

Would you be interested Andromeda?
